A NEW Italian café is trying to provide something a bit different in Hereford.
Taste of Italy, in King Street, is run by Paul Brown, who was previously at Doughboy Pizzas in Foley Street.
Mr Brown said he wanted a café that had all the Italian favourites - including lasagne, pizza, pastries and gelatos.

"It is going really good," he said.
"I was a chef in Hereford in the 1980s then lived overseas for 20 years.
"It is an independent café that has pasta, lasagne, coffee, cakes and pastries with fresh ingredients - I don't think that there is anywhere else in Hereford like it.
"I make lasagne every day, as well as quiches and fresh salads.
"I focus on quality. Italian food is all about the taste."
