A NEW building in Hereford that will provide students with access to a gym, dance studio, classrooms and a catering unit has opened.
Hereford Sixth Form College has opened Thornbury, a brand new building on the campus that includes Form Fitness, a gym, and the Hut, which will serve street food, smoothies and hot drinks.
It opened in October 2023 after being funded by a £1.1 million grant from the Education Funding Agency.

"It's a time for growth and new opportunities for our students and staff at such a significant milestone," said Principal Catherine Brearey.
The Hut, situated outside the Thornbury building, includes benches for students to sit, eat and socialise, allowing them to relax between lessons.
The Thornbury building's ground floor is occupied by the gym, while the sociology and criminology departments are on the first and second floors respectively. Also on the first floor is a new dance studio.
