A EUROPEAN Parliamentary hopeful has praised a Ledbury event for its green-thinking attitude.
The Spring Greens Fair in St Katherine’s Hall impressed Felicity Norman, Green prospective candidate.
Speaking last Saturday (May 30), she praised the organisers for providing solutions in a time of crisis.
“Growing our own food, reducing energy use, supporting local business - they’re all part of a bigger picture,” she said.
“The key is to focus on the local - do what is practical and possible, join with others, and have fun".
The fair, organised by the Really Use-Less Group, saw displays from the Ledbury Allotments Group and the Bulmer Foundation among others.
