I WORRY about the amount of disagreement over plans for a relief road.
This wastes time and money, and increases stress.
Would it help to start from what we are agreed on? Is there any disagreement that there is too much traffic crossing the bridge in Hereford?
We should shortly have another river crossing for walkers and cyclists but this will not stop the gridlock we all expect whenever there is any problem with the present route through.
Is it possible to have a road bridge without housing development to cause even more traffic?
Could the Hereford Times encourage a reasoned approach by publishing different expert views?
Costed, of course – and in terms we can all understand.
I despair at the money spent in massive reorganisation, all of which goes on management with no regard for workers, service, or value for money.
