DURING the war my father, Vic Haines of Nuff Sed Sweets, with his stall in the market, used to put up a stall outside the market hall every year to keep the charter going.
The locals know it causes disruption and shop accordingly, and arrange their life to fit in.
There are always some incidents, but these occurrences could happen anytime.
So please let live and let the children still enjoy some old fashion entertainment.
