THE problem is not with the fair, as it is only here for three days.
In High Town there are three fast food/coffee shops which are not needed. There are enough coffee bars around High Town not to warrant their presence. For example fewer than 100 yards from High Town there is a Starbucks, opposite the Old House, in Maylords Orchard there is a Costa Coffee, and in the Butter Market there are two cafés. In Eign Gate there is a Café Nero.
