Is anything going to be done about that derelict heap that used to be Campions Restaurant on the riverbank as you go over Greyfriars Bridge into Hereford?
It is an absolute eyesore and I wonder what visitors must think when they see that. I’ve lived in Hereford for 10 years and it was in a poor state then but now it is falling apart all over the surrounding area. If anyone did originally have plans to turn it into anything, I would imagine it is way past saving now and it would probably be dangerous to work in anyway. I suggest it is demolished and made into a nice riverbank footpath or for something attractive to be built in its place but it certainly isn’t giving a good impression of Hereford in its present state. What do other readers think?
