I HAVE just been discharged from Teme Ward at the County Hospital.
I am aware of the bad publicity that the hospital has received recently but all my experiences were good.
The doctors, nurses, physios and occupational therapists were kind and patient. The porters were so kind and made me laugh. My ward was well cleaned every day by a lady who could not have been more helpful.
The food was hot and well presented – anyone who did not like something must live in another world. Nurses were on hand to help those who needed it.
Most of all, my thanks to the first responders and paramedics for their care and to all the people in my home village, Longtown, for their kindness.
MRS DIANA BURR, Longtown, Herefordshire.
