I WAS pleased to read the article in the Hereford Times of April 9 about the installation of historic plaques around Bromyard and the introduction of a tourist trail.
Bromyard will join Hereford, Ross, Ledbury and Kington in commemorating historic buildings or locations.
However, I note that in recent years in Hereford that some of the plaques have been removed and not replaced and several of the remaining plaques are looking shabby.
Also, neither the Tourist Information Centre nor the council seem to know where these plaques are or were located.
Are there any plans to improve upon this in the city?
