COACH Simon Green-Price says Luctonians Colts should not be overawed by their star-studded rivals in tomorrow’s (Saturday) National Under-18 Cup semi-final.
Luctonians face past winners, Bishops Stortford, at Mortimer Park for a place in the national final.
Simon Green-Price said: “The Hertfordshire side boast three under-18 internationals and a number of England final trialists.
“In return, Ben Rowsell, Jack Lyke and Marcus Thomas all played for Wigmore High School.”
He added: “Bring it on.”
A crowd of around 200 people last weekend saw Luctonians power to a 23-10 quarter-final home success over Wellingborough RFC Academy.
The match, at Mortimer Park, kicks off at 2pm.
