HEREFORD United are hoping that fans - from both teams - will turn out in force for tomorrow night's Blue Square Bet Premier clash with Mansfield Town.
A win for the Stags will leave them on the brink of promotion back to the Football League.
But Hereford desperately need the cash that a large crowd would bring.
The Bulls have yet to settle the full wage-bill for March and, after tomorrow, will have no more home matches to generate funds to pay salaries over the summer.
United are still waiting for a cash injection from an overseas investor which has been promised for some weeks.
And Hereford are now in discussion with the Professional Footballers Association about a possible loan.
Mansfield, who trail table-topping Kidderminster by a point but with a game in hand, are expected to bring a large following to Hereford after taking more than 1,000 fans to Braintree last Saturday, where the Stags were beaten 2-1.
