Hereford 42 pts Ludlow 28 pts
HEREFORD Rugby Club sentenced their Shropshire neighbours to relegation from Midlands One West yesterday after a 10-try thriller at Wyeside.
Hereford struggled for fluency in the first half but managed to eek out a narrow 17-13 lead at the interval.
However, the visitors struggled for the ball in the second half and the pressure on them eventually told after a hard-fought battle that saw three players sin-binned.
Giles Sayner and James Parker both bagged braces for Hereford, while Perry Pudge and Tom Ewins also crossed.
Dean Powell kicked three conversions and two penalties.
