Burghill 1 Wellington Colts 2 WELLINGTON Colts came from behind to clinch the Supercraft Construction Leominster Junior Cup at the final held at Bridge Street Sports Centre on Bank Holiday Monday.
Burghill took the lead on five minutes when Ryan Campbell cut across the box to hit a left-foot screamer past the Wellington keeper.
But Wellington battled back and equalised when the Burghill keeper could not hold a cross and the ball fell to Matt Pugh who headed home.
The scores were all square at half-time but with 10 minutes of the second half played Aran Morgan burst through the Burghill defence and shot goalwards.
The Burghill keeper saved well but Wellington's Mike Cheasley was the quickest to react to the rebound and fired home from close range.
