HEREFORDSHIRE marksman James Bevis can already think about packing his bags for the Beijing Paralympics.
The county hot-shot took part in his first international shoot and showed his skills among the 26 countries present.
At the minimum qualification score competition in Dieuze, Bevis, as part of the six-strong GB squad, qualified in both rounds of the 10-metre target-shooting competition, recording 586 on the first day and improving that to 593 on the second.
"I have now qualified for both the World Champion-ships and the Paralympics," said Bevis. "A big thank you to my girl-friend Nina Cole for helping me all the way."
