HEREFORD'S Sascha Kindred has been selected to represent Great Britain at this year's Rio Paralympics.
Kindred was left waiting to see if he had made the cut after failing to hit the qualification time at the recent trials.
But the 38-year-old was within two per cent of the time, with his previous excellent performances also coming into consideration.
It will mean that Kindred will be competing in his sixth paralympics.
At London 2012, Kindred gained a silver medal in the SM6 200m individual medley and will be aiming to go one better this time around.
