THE annual It's a Knockout' event staged by second year BTEC National Diploma students was run successfully at Hereford Leisure Centre for Herefordshire primary schools.
The event, which is part of a sports coaching module, has been run for the last 10 years and attracts about 40 teams of year-six students.
This year's tournament was a close-run affair with several teams completing the first run of games within one point of each other.
Marlbrook and RIverside eventually emerged as front-runners and contested a close-fought final. Marlbrook finished as eventual winners to take the trophy for the second time.
