A BUMPER crowd is expected at Hereford Racecourse this Saturday for the first point-to-point meeting of the season.
There will be a selection of unusual races amongst the seven carded, including a PPORA Veteran Rider’s contest.
The feature race of the afternoon is a Mixed Open, though all the races promise to be very competitive.
There will also be three pony races prior to the point-to-point action and the first runners for these will be sent on their way at 12.30pm.
Admission to the course is £12.50 per person, with under-16s getting in for free.
There will also be free car parking on site.
