LOCAL international athletes Tia Froom and Mark Lamonby showcased their talents and took the top places at the annual Herefordshire Sprint Triathlon in Leominster.
Lamonby, from Leominster, secured the fastest time of the day finishing the course in 53 minutes and 39 seconds.
The Hereford Triathlon Club athlete is also a member of the British Triathlon Age Group squad.
Andrew Shipton finished in 54.23 for second place ahead of Hereford Triathlon Club's Conrad Lawson who finished third in 55.45.
Froom, from Lyonshall, finished in 13th place overall and first woman in a time of one hour and 40 seconds.
The British Youth Duathlon Champion is a member of the Welsh squad and hopes to become a professional triathlete.
In second place was Natasha Dent in 1:05.42 ahead of Megan Lane (Hereford Triathlon Club) who clocked 1:06:35.
The veteran's trophies were won by Daniel Wyatt from Hereford Triathlon Club in 59.15 and Susannah Kirk (Malvern Triathlon Club) who clocked 1:12:28.
The 50 plus winners were Hereford Triathlon Club members Digby Rusling and Janet Harris. Local Leominster athlete Nicola Turvey and Tony Saunders (Ledbury and District Harriers) won the 60 plus age category.
Finally the 70 plus age winner was Bob Johnson, from Leeds and Bradford Triathlon Club, who had travelled to Herefordshire by bike as part of his cycling tour around the region.
