FIVE-year-old Nikola Janczewska came away with a British title in her first sparring competition recently.
Janczewska was one of a team of Hereford Taekwondo club's fighters who took part in British Taekwondo Council's National Competition.
Over 750 competitors from multiple organisations came together to test their skills and see who was the best of the best in a variety of events, sparring, patterns, power and team events.
The club came away with an impressive haul of 11 medals from eight competitors including: four golds, four silvers and three bronze medals.
Kelly Marshall continued her unbeaten record and is getting closer to two years undefeated.
Meanwhile, Janczewska, competed against girls who were older and taller then her.
Club instructor David Sheppard, said: "I'm very impressed with the outcome of this competition.
"It's the first of our season and our students were competing against organisations who have just come from competing at international events and are competition sharp, but they dug deep and got the results."
Club results: Kelly Marshall- gold: sparring and team patterns; silver: patterns and tag teams.
