HEREFORDSHIRE Motor Club are holding this year's Torques Builth Showground Rally on Saturday (November 9) wholly on the Royal Welsh Showground.
A Nova lock-out heads the 60 strong entry with the pairing of Sam Davies & Martin Lasper hoping to score a hat-rick of wins.
However, hot on their heels are Ian Evans & Karolina Kunigiskyte and Dan Evans & Jess Hockly, both more than capable of spoiling Davies' party.
Three drivers capable of taking overall honours at this final round of the Cotswold Motorsport Group Championship.
The entry also includes Herefordshire crews of father and son team Gethin & Thomas Williams plus Nick & Cameron Morris (Escort Mk2).
Further Escort teams include Rick & Annalize James along with Justin Pounder & Tony Edwards.
Taking part in their Impreza's are Rob Hansford & Adam Jones and Dai Bowen & Simon Anthony. Lewis Mason & Cameron Wheatley will be in a Clio, Joe Piggott & Ben Williams in their Saxo and Josh Jenkins with father Wayne co-driving in a Peugeot 205.
Meanwhile co-drivers Heather Phelps, Rhys Edwards and Stuart Morley will be guiding their drivers around the 36 mile event.
A vast array of rally cars - from Subaru to Mini, Clio to Sunbeam, MX5 to Cortina - will face a significantly changed route to the previous six years with more asphalt available yet still the combination of loose surface too.
The sting in the tail being the final two stages held in the dark which can impact the results.
Spectators are welcome to enjoy the virtually non-stop action from 9am, and entry (£10 parking fee) includes a programme plus access to the Service Area with catering and toilet facilities available.
Limited disabled spectator facilities are also accessible.
To ensure a safe day of motorsport for everyone, please follow the marshals' requests.
If you would like to get more involved, then marshals are required to ensure efficient running of the event - contact Martin Williams, Chief Marshal, on 01544 388337 or email martintoys@icloud.com.
