A BOWLER at a Herefordshire club achieved what all players dream about recently.
During an afternoon game at Dorstone Bowls Club one of the older members, who has asked not to be named, achieved what all crown green bowlers dream about but never achieve.
Not only did his first wood rest against the jack but his second wood rested on his first.
The slope of a crown green makes it difficult to rest a wood against a jack.
However, in a non-competitive game a Dorstone Bowls Club one member achieved just that.
The club are open to new members and those that want to try and sport.
