HEREFORD Tae Kwon Do members took part in their first competition in just under two years, at the North Wales inter club championships, held just outside Wrexham.
This was a great chance to blow away the cobwebs for some of the experienced competitors, but more important a fantastic chance for junior members to cut their teeth and get their first experience on the competition circuit.
Some highlights were Charli Rodgers who won gold in sparring and speed kicking despite only doing her first sparring session about six weeks before the competition.
