HEREFORD Taekwondo Club came away with a host of medals when they attended the Welsh Closed competition.

With a tremendous display of skill and determination the club returned with an impressive hoard of medals.

At the event held in Aberdare recently the club members clinched a total of seven golds, two silvers, and five bronzes, while showcasing their prowess in both patterns and sparring.

Leading the charge was Sean Milne who won double gold in both patterns and sparring, setting the tone for the club’s success.

This achievement was matched by Ben Hargreaves who also won golds in both patterns and sparring.

Charlie Innes followed suit with a gold in patterns and a bronze in sparring, while Ted Williams and Wendy Milne each secured gold in patterns.

The silver medals were claimed by Stefan Dragomir and Chloe Van Damme, both excelling in sparring.

The bronze medals were earned by Sophia Dragomir (sparring and patterns), Oliver Cox (sparring), and Elizabeth Leonte (sparring), rounding off a remarkable performance.

The achievement highlights the dedication and hard work of the Hereford Taekwondo Club members and their instructors.
