HEREFORD have signed young attacker Jaiden White after recruiting the 22-year-old from Redditch United.

The former Wolves and Coventry academy product has previously been in the Kidderminster Harriers squad and spent a loan spell at Stafford Rangers.

The previous Bulls triallist has impressed manager Paul Caddis while in action for Redditch this season.

“Jaiden is a player who has been one of the most outstanding attackers at step three this season,” Caddis told the club’s website.

“He is a player who isn’t new to us in terms of knowing his abilities. Jaiden was part of my pre season squad when I first took over as manager and I told Jaiden I felt like he needed 18 months of men’s football and I’d keep an eye on him.

“It was a risk on my part, but one I think has paid off and I am now glad we are all in a better position to bring him into our squad.

“Jaiden has scored and/or assisted every other week this season to date and bringing someone in with that confidence and match sharpness is brilliant for all parties.

“A player with an abundance of technical ability and someone who brings something different to us at the top end of the pitch.”

White is unable to play in this weekend’s FA Trophy tie against Brentwood Town but will be in contention for Tuesday night’s league tie at home to Scarborough Athletic.

Meanwhile, Hereford have brought in loanee goalkeeper Tom Donaghy for one-month from Fleetwood Town due to a potential hernia issue with Aaron Chapman.

The Bulls boss also hinted at approaching another attacker this week, after Ty Deacon and Chay Tilt left for former clubs.
