SINKUM have clinched the Division 1 title in the Jewson Herefordshire Sunday League.
They secured a 3-1 home win over Vaga Colts at the King George Playing Fields in a hard-fought last-game championship decider.
Sinkum took the lead through Dean Norman but Vaga hit back to equalise before the interval. However, Sinkum withstood heavy pressure before prolific strike-duo Damien Gallimore and Terry Williams both scored late-on to seal the crown.
Sinkum have won three trophies over the past two seasons having scored a staggering 297 goals in all competitions.
Manager Barry Hopkins would like to thank the Brewers Arms pub for taking on the team.
He was also delighted at the sponsorship from J-Mart of the club’s playing kit and equipment.
