Clee Hill 17 pts Bromyard 17.
BROMYARD scored a late converted try to snatch a draw at Clee Hill in a keenly contested Midlands Division 6 West SW fixture.
Clee took the lead when Charlie Evans outpaced the Bromyard defence. Bromyard had turned the game around before the break.
Roger Dixon picked up a loose ball on the Clee 22 and sprinted home.
Ainsley Ralph converted the kick and also slotted a penalty to put Bromyard into the lead.
Evans scored a second try to tie the score when he got his boot to a loose ball on halfway, gathered the kick ahead, and went on to score out wide.
Andrew Horsefall kicked the conversion to put the home side into a narrow lead. Hill stretched their lead when Robert Fletcher ran the ball in after his forwards had secured a 5-metre scrum.
With time running out, Ralph slipped over under the posts, and then kicked the conversion, to tie the score.
