BROCKHAMPTON are looking forward to their first campaign in the Birmingham & District League Division 2 after gaining promotion last season.
Brockhampton are the first Herefordshire side to reach that level.
Club chairman Roy Wargen has been strengthening his squad over the winter.
He said: “We’ve signed Owen Price, Ben Stebbings, Chris Powell, James Cutler and Gareth Steptoe, so now we’ve got a big squad of more than 60 senior players.
“We have also got no overseas players as we are trying just to play with local boys.”
It’s been all-change at Brockhampton off the field too, with a new secretary, treasurer, vice-chairman and youth co-ordinator in place.
Wargen is hopeful that with a new backroom team the club can continue to progress, especially with a new pitch for their third-string awaiting them in 2010.
He added: “We’re hoping to go forward and it’s going to be interesting. I’d love to finish mid table in this division.
“This season is a new thing for us. It’s going to be a steep learning curve and I hope we’re successful.”
Eastnor have joined Brockhampton in the Birmingham & District League.
They are playing in Divsion 3 after winning Division 1 of the Crusader Worcestershire County League last term.
Eastnor chairman Jim Sandford hopes his side will survive in Division 3 this season.
Dave Price has joined the club from Brockhampton but Sandford admits Eastnor are going very much into the unknown.
He said: “We haven’t got much idea of what the teams are like in this league as we’ve never played in it before. Our aim is to survive and then consolidate in this league.”
