HEREFORDSHIRE visited Neath to take on West Glamorgan and lost on only one rink in a 115-98 victory.
Don Pugh skipped the highest winning rink to a 23-11 success when his rink led 17-7 after 15 ends and won four of the remaining ends for a fine victory.
Jimmy Lindsay and Ron Harris played well at the front end and Keith Price, together with his skip, gave an excellent display.
The rink skipped by Norman Douse also had a very good win, leading 17-8 after 15 ends and completing a comfortable 23-12 success.
Jim Farmer's rink fought back after losing seven shots on the first two ends to win the next seven ends and go ahead to a 25-22 victory.
The rink skipped by Colin Reading scored three shots on the last two ends to win 19-16.
And Dave Holloway's rink had an extremely tight game against a very strong rink finishing with a fitting scoreline of 15-15.
Brian Cade skipped the one losing rink. They went down 22-10, with Herefordshire winning only eight ends.
