JON Dallow and Dean Mayo-Evans triumphed in the Winter League at Belmont GC.
Lee Bright and Neil Lloyd secured the runners-up spot.
Ryan Jones, Greg Morgan, Matthew Tweddle and Peter James carded 53.7 points to top the Texas Scramble.
Shaun Bufton, Wayne Gwynne, Richard Vale and Ian Gardiner were second with 57.5.
Elwyn Hamer clinched first place in the 0-14 handicap section and carried off the Peter Burge Cup in a seniors’ away day at Bromsgrove GC.
Hamer took top spot with 36 points and finished ahead of second-placed Dennis Pritchard (30 points) and third-placed John Driscoll (30 points). Eric Mayers, with 33 points, won the 15-28 handicap section.
Colin Rowan (31 points) was second and third-place went to Brian Goode (30 points).
Sam Loxton shot 37 points to win a stableford competition from second-placed Phil Skyrme (36 points).
Tony Quinn will join club professional Richard Hemming in the regional final of the Virgin Atlantic PGA National Pro-am Championship.
Quinn won the club qualifying competition with a nett score of 66.
Belmont Golf Club is staging the Golf Punk British Pairs’ Championship which starts next Wednesday (May 27).
The new event is being played over two days and gives local golfers the chance to compete against players from all over the country.
The first-round tournament is on Wednesday with the second round tournament on Thursday (May 28).
There will be a practice round and champagne reception on Tuesday (May 26).
A total of £5,000 worth of prizes is up for grabs to the most successful teams.
The event is open to all golfers with a club handicap and costs £100 per pair.

Robin Price produced a terrific score of 84-25-59 to become the overall winner of Kington GC’s May Medal.
Ross Moore topped Division 1 with 71-5-66 and Matt Weaver was second with 71-4-67.
Rob Metcalfe was first in Division 2 with 78-10-68 and Nigel Venables took second spot with 84-15-69.
Chris Croose shot 84-24-60 to come a very close to Price’s winning score in Division 3. Howard Williams (84-21-63) finished third.
The seniors’ team recorded a 7-0 home win over Summerhill GC and shared a 4-4 draw in another home match against Ludlow GC.
John Hoyle scored 93-19-74 to secure first place in Division 1 of the May Medal competition.
Dennis Whyke (87-13-74) was second and third place went to John Weaver (91-16-75).
Bill Didcock topped Division 2 with 100-24-76, while Richard Thwaites (102-26-76) was second and George Farr (104-27-77), third.
Kevin Barnes will join club professional Andy Gealy in the regional final of the Virgin Atlantic PGA National Pro-am Championship.
Barnes won the club’s qualifier with a nett 63.
Peter Warner was in top form in the Burghill Valley Seniors’ 5 Club Trophy competition.
A series of long putts helped Warner to secure a winning total of 42 points.
Brian Blower was second with 37 points and Colin Apperley, third, with 36 points.
Nick Peplow captained a team from allpay.net to victory in Westfields Football Club’s annual golf day at Burghill Valley GC.
allpay.net, who are Westfields’ main sponsor, fired 90 points and won the fourball stableford competition on a countback from second-placed Hereford Racecourse.
Peplow won the nearest the pin competition and Kris Jones, who works for Advantage Business Supplies, won the prize for the longest drive.
A record entry of 20 teams took part in the successful competition.
E Crombie carded 91-27-64 to carry off the Centenary Cup competition at The Herefordshire GC.
Dave Williams (81-13-68) was second and third place went to James Cooke (71-2-69).
Three home players scooped the main prizes in the club’s Seniors’ Open which attracted a 140-strong field.
Reg Dudman was first with 40 stableford points, while Ken Wright finished second, on a countback, after shooting 40 points.
Jon Hill secured third position after a return of 38 points. The Herefordshire GC drew 4-4 with Worcestershire GC in a seniors’ match at Wormsley.
Harry Butler, James Reid, Bob Turley and Harry’s granddad produced a highly competitive 58.1 medal round to win an Easter Special Florida Scramble at Ross GC.
Ross Jenkins, Alex Bain and Dinah and Bill Johnstone were the runners-up after carding 59.7.
Jacob Ashdown has been selected to represent the Gloucestershire County Under-14 team in their opening match against Somerset.
He has also joined Will Turpin, Jake Howells, Ellis Matthews, Alex Bain and Harry Butler in the Ross team to take part in the County Team Championships.
In-form Dean Gosling continued his excellent run with a resounding 40 points in Hereford Municipal GC’s NAPGC UK Championship qualifier.
Gosling was the overall winner, while Phil Green, who shot 39 points, topped Division 1 on a countback from Jack Larkin.
Roger Lane returned 38 points to beat Ray Bull into second spot in Division 2.
Last year’s club representative at St Andrews, Len Granger, qualified for the regional finals when he topped Division 3 with 38 points.
A team from Burghill triumphed in Leominster GC’s Seniors’ Am-Am competition.
Green, Daniels, Cleves and Vaughan won the event with 92 points.
Leominster’s T Price finished nearest the pin on the sixth hole.
Fish, Ellis, Beattie and Lewis carded 92 points to win the men’s Am Am, teams of four. Green, Creasey, and the two Ingrams were second with 89 points.
Green, Holloway, Williams and Brown were third after an 88-point return. M Pell, from Monmouth, was nearest the pin on the sixth hole.
