TOM Walton picked up the top prize of first-team Player of the Year when Ross held their end of season club day.
Seb Sullivan was Second XI Player of the Year while Jack Wilkinson picked up Most Improved Player.
The awards were made at the club's annual meeting by chairman Willem Haagan, who also handed out the Charlie Exton award for Fair Play to Chris Chalk, the Young Player of the Year award to David Skyrme and the Trevor Rogers award for Services to the Club to Pete Jenkins.
The awards were preceded by a great day of hockey at John Kyrle High School on the new artificial turf pitch, with 60 youngsters taking part in a mini tournament, which was of an excellent standard.
There are high hopes for many of the juniors attending regular coaching session overseen by club coach Pete Jenkins and many of them have played for the senior sides already.
That was followed by a senior firsts against seconds match. An upset looked to be on the cards when the reserve side took a early lead, but the First XI battled back to win a close game.
